Gatlinburg Church Facilities Available to Youth Groups The facilities of the Gatlinburg Presbyterian Church, located in Gatlinburg, Tennessee at the main entrance to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, are available to church-sponsored youth groups and other character-building organizations (e.g. Scouts) for stays of from one to three (or more) nights. Each group must be accompanied by an adequate number of adult supervisors who will assume responsibility for the conduct of the group. Physical Facilities The physical facilities of the Gatlinburg church include a two-story fellowship/educational wing, which can accommodate up to fifty individuals (on occasion we have hosted even larger groups). Five restrooms are available for use on the two levels, one of which has a shower. There are also kitchen facilities, which may be used upon request. Costs To help defray the expenses of hosting such groups, there will be a fee of $10 per individual for the first night and $5 per individual for each additional night. A security deposit of $100 will be required, to be remitted two weeks prior to the proposed stay; this deposit will be refunded in full after the visit, providing there are no damages to the facilities. There is also a non-refundable reservation fee of $25, due at the time arrangements to use the facilities are made.
